Is there a free plan?
No. Every new shop gets a 30-day Pro trial, with no card required. Founding shops’ trials stay open until plan selection opens, with 30 days’ notice and no card on file. Pro for $0 with VoVi Payments is coming soon in the US; join the waiting list on the pricing page.
What happens after 30 days?
After 30 days, pick Light or Pro to keep going. In the US, Light is $25 and Pro is $39 per location/month, before tax. Pay yearly and you pay for 10 months and get 12. Founding shops: your Pro trial stays open until plan selection opens. We’ll give you 30 days’ notice, and there’s no card on file.
Do I need a card terminal?
For card payments, keep the terminal you already have and record the sale in VoVi. You do not need to buy a new terminal. Integrated payments are coming soon in the US.
When is VoVi Payments available?
VoVi Payments is coming soon in the US only. Pro will cost $0 with VoVi Payments. Standard processing will be 2.79%; American Express will be 3.5%. Join the waiting list on the pricing page.
Do I need to buy hardware?
Use any tablet, phone or computer with a browser, plus your existing card terminal for card payments. A receipt printer is optional. Check compatibility before buying accessories.
Where is VoVi available?
Choose your country on the pricing page for the available currency and local price. Supported countries include the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and South Africa.
Can I use VoVi in multiple locations?
Yes. Light and Pro support unlimited locations, staff and sales. Each location has its own subscription charge. Email support@vovipos.com for help planning a larger rollout.
Is there a contract?
No contracts, no cancellation fees, no minimums. Your data is yours and exports to CSV any time.
What do you do with my details when I start a trial?
We use your details to create and support your store account and send account emails. We don't sell personal information, and you can request deletion of your account and personal details — the full details are in our Privacy Policy.
