Can I sell salon haircare products through VoVi?
Yes. Add take-home products to your catalog and use the retail checkout, inventory and customer tools in Light or Pro. Keep product stock separate from any treatment supplies you need to track.
Does VoVi replace a specialist salon booking system?
Not automatically. Pro includes appointment tools, but deposits, cancellation charges, reminders and the complete appointment-to-checkout journey need verification for your setup. Test your required workflow before changing systems.
Which plan do I need?
Light includes selling, inventory and customer records. Pro adds tools including loyalty, purchasing, appointments and weighted pricing. Availability depends on your country and setup. Check the plan details before starting your 14-day trial. No card required.
Can I keep my payment terminal?
You can record a sale paid through your separate payment terminal. Your processor handles the card payment; VoVi does not process that payment. Check your terminal workflow before switching.
What works without internet?
A device prepared for offline use can record cash sales and sync when the connection returns. This is not offline card processing. Loyalty redemption and gift-card payments are not available in the offline sales flow.
