Authorship and accountability
Articles are published by the VoVi team unless a named specialist is shown. The byline identifies the party accountable for the article; it does not imply credentials that the author does not hold. Product and pricing pages are maintained by the VoVi product team.
Research and sourcing
Material factual claims should link to the original source whenever a primary source is available. Calculations show their inputs. Product comparisons must state the date checked and link to the competitor's own published pricing or documentation. We do not treat an unsourced marketing claim as independent evidence.
AI-assisted work
Automation may help with research, drafting, editing or formatting. It does not lower the publication standard. Before publication, content is checked for usefulness, duplication, unsupported claims, invented credentials and advice that could cause legal, financial or operational harm.
Product claims and conflicts
The Counter is owned by the company that makes VoVi POS. When an article discusses a problem VoVi solves, that relationship is stated plainly and the article links to the relevant product page. Product claims describe the current published product or are labelled as in development.
Corrections and contact
Material corrections update the article's modified date. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may not. To report an error, email support@vovipos.com with the article URL, the sentence in question and the source that supports the correction.
