Who stands behind each article
Every article carries a byline and, where relevant, the name of the person who reviewed it. A byline tells you who is accountable for the piece; it never implies a credential the author does not hold. Product and pricing pages are maintained by the VoVi product team.
Where the facts come from
When an article leans on an outside fact, it links to the original source whenever one exists. Calculations show their inputs. Any product comparison states the date it was checked and links to the competitor’s own published pricing or documentation. A marketing claim with no independent backing is not treated as evidence.
How AI is used
We use automation to help with research, drafting and formatting. It does not lower the bar. Before anything is published we check that it is useful, original, supported by its sources, free of invented credentials, and free of advice that could cause legal, financial or operational harm.
The fact that we make VoVi
The Counter is published by the company that makes VoVi POS. When an article covers a problem VoVi solves, we say so plainly and link to the product page. Product claims describe what VoVi does today, and anything still on its way is labelled as coming soon.
Spotted a mistake?
Tell us at support@vovipos.com with the article link, the sentence in question and a source for the fix. Material corrections update the article’s modified date; small spelling and formatting fixes may not.
