Can I track clothing inventory by size and color?
Yes. Give each stocked size-and-color combination its own product variant and identifier. This lets the sale and stock count refer to the exact item, rather than treating every version of a shirt as the same product.
What should a boutique test when changing POS systems?
Use your own products to test barcode scanning, a full-price sale, a discounted sale and a return. Check any exchanges and transfers you rely on, including how stock and the original transaction are recorded.
Which plan do I need?
Light includes selling, inventory and customer records. Pro adds tools including loyalty, purchasing, appointments and weighted pricing. Availability depends on your country and setup. Check the plan details before starting your 14-day trial. No card required.
Can I keep my payment terminal?
You can record a sale paid through your separate payment terminal. Your processor handles the card payment; VoVi does not process that payment. Check your terminal workflow before switching.
What works without internet?
A device prepared for offline use can record cash sales and sync when the connection returns. This is not offline card processing. Loyalty redemption and gift-card payments are not available in the offline sales flow.
