Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: July 22, 2026
VoVi POS is committed to a website and product that everyone can use, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.
Conformance target
We design and test vovipos.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we've built in
- Semantic HTML landmarks, a logical heading structure, and a "skip to content" link;
- Full keyboard operability — every interactive element, including the savings slider and dialogs, is reachable and usable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators throughout;
- Dialogs that trap focus while open, close on Escape, and return focus where you left off;
- Form fields with programmatic labels, and error messages announced to assistive technology;
- Live-region announcements for dynamic results, such as the savings calculator;
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden decorative graphics;
- Color contrast at or above WCAG AA ratios in both light and dark surfaces;
- Full respect for the reduced motion system preference — animations are disabled for users who opt out;
- A responsive layout that works with zoom up to 400% and on screens of any size, with no horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
- The VoVi application itself (behind sign-in) is under active development, and we are bringing its screens to the same WCAG 2.1 AA target as this website.
Feedback and contact
If you encounter any barrier using vovipos.com — a page that doesn't work with your screen reader, a control you can't reach by keyboard, text that's hard to read — please tell us at support@vovipos.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to fix verified barriers promptly. If you need any content from this site in an alternative format, we will provide it.
