    We set your company up with you personally — locations, catalogue, staff — and that isn't a professional-services invoice.

  2. Extra locations, users or products

    Open a second cart on the free plan and your software bill is still $0. Add a seller, add 4,000 SKUs — still $0.

  3. Your own data

    Reports and exports to CSV are part of the product, not a data-access fee. If you leave, you leave with everything.

Pricing questions

How much does VoVi POS cost?
$0/month for the software on the free plan, plus a flat 2.7% on card-present sales processed through VoVi. Or a flat $99/month per location if you keep your own card processor, with no percentage to us. Both include every feature.
Are there setup fees, per-user fees or per-location fees?
No setup fee, no per-user fee, and no per-location fee on the free plan — products, staff and locations are unlimited. The $99/month plan is charged per location because it replaces the processing revenue that funds the free plan.
Which plan is cheaper for my store?
Compare 2.7% of your monthly card volume against $99. Below roughly $3,700 in card sales per location per month, the free plan costs less. Above that, the $99 plan can win — but only if your current processor's effective rate is genuinely lower once its own monthly, statement and per-transaction fees are counted. Switch whenever you like.
What does the 2.7% cover?
Card-present payments processed through VoVi, with interchange and network fees already included rather than itemized into confusion. Cash, check, gift card and store credit sales cost nothing.
Is there a contract, minimum or cancellation fee?
None of the three. Your data is yours and exports to CSV any time.
Do I have to buy hardware?
No terminal to buy or lease — VoVi runs in the browser on tablets, laptops and phones you already own. You'll need a supported card reader for card payments, and we'll help you pick one during onboarding.
Will the free plan stay free?
Yes. It isn't a promotion or a launch discount — processing revenue is the business model, not a subsidy we're waiting to withdraw. If we ever introduce something paid, it won't be a feature you already had.
Where is VoVi available?
We're onboarding United States stores first, and VoVi is currently in private beta. Elsewhere? Leave your number anyway — the international waitlist is real and we read it.
