Create a separate stocked product or variant for each combination you sell. Use distinct identifiers for a lipstick shade or bottle size, so scanning and stock counts refer to the correct item.
Can I use VoVi for beauty retail without salon appointments?
Yes. Selling cosmetics and haircare products is a retail workflow. Light includes product sales, inventory and customer records. If you also provide treatments or book staff, review the separate appointment tools in Pro.

Can I keep my payment terminal?
You can record a sale paid through your separate payment terminal. Your processor handles the card payment; VoVi does not process that payment. Check your terminal workflow before switching.
What works without internet?
A device prepared for offline use can record cash sales and sync when the connection returns. This is not offline card processing. Loyalty redemption and gift-card payments are not available in the offline sales flow.
