A software weighing feature does not certify a scale model or a legally compliant weighing installation. Direct scale connection is not available on iPad or iPhone.

Will my existing scale work?
Check its exact model, firmware, connection and label format with your chosen device. Do not purchase hardware on the strength of a generic compatibility claim.
Can a grocery POS handle both barcodes and items sold by weight?
VoVi supports product lookup and barcode checkout. Weighted pricing is in Pro. A standard product barcode, a label containing price or weight, and a direct scale connection are different workflows; test the one you use.
What should I test before using VoVi at a deli or produce counter?
Try a packaged item, a weighed item, a container with tare and a return. Check the displayed unit, label format and final price. Confirm any expiry, batch or regulated-product requirements separately before switching.
Which plan do I need?
Light includes selling, inventory and customer records. Pro adds tools including loyalty, purchasing, appointments and weighted pricing. Availability depends on your country and setup. Check the plan details before starting your 14-day trial. No card required.
Can I keep my payment terminal?
You can record a sale paid through your separate payment terminal. Your processor handles the card payment; VoVi does not process that payment. Check your terminal workflow before switching.
What works without internet?
A device prepared for offline use can record cash sales and sync when the connection returns. This is not offline card processing. Loyalty redemption and gift-card payments are not available in the offline sales flow.
