Product inventory and customer loyalty
Light includes product sales, inventory and customer records. Track the sellable items you stock, such as bottled drinks and packaged coffee. Pro adds customer loyalty and weighted pricing. Product inventory does not automatically deduct milk, flour or other recipe ingredients.

Can I sell baked goods by weight?
Pro includes weighted-price tools. Check the scale, device and connection separately; label scanning and manual weight entry are different from a direct scale connection.
Can I sell coffee and pastries in the same transaction?
Yes. Add each sellable item to your product catalog, then select the drink and pastry in the same sale. Create separate products for sizes you price or count separately. Test any modifiers or preparation instructions your team needs.
Does VoVi include café loyalty tools?
Customer records are included in Light. Pro adds loyalty tools for repeat visits. Set up your rewards and test earning and redemption with a sample purchase before introducing the program to customers.
Which plan do I need?
Light includes selling, inventory and customer records. Pro adds tools including loyalty, purchasing, appointments and weighted pricing. Availability depends on your country and setup. Check the plan details before starting your 14-day trial. No card required.
Can I keep my payment terminal?
You can record a sale paid through your separate payment terminal. Your processor handles the card payment; VoVi does not process that payment. Check your terminal workflow before switching.
What works without internet?
A device prepared for offline use can record cash sales and sync when the connection returns. This is not offline card processing. Loyalty redemption and gift-card payments are not available in the offline sales flow.
