All prices are before tax. VoVi is not registered for GST in Australia, so no tax is added to your VoVi bill. Pay for 10 months. Get 12. All plans and features

Tax for your shop

GST is 10%, and shelf prices include it. VoVi's Australian set-up starts with 10% GST.
You must register for GST once your GST turnover reaches A$75,000.
Your ABN prints on receipts, and cash totals round to the nearest 5 cents; card payments are never rounded.

Payments

At the register: cash, card (on your own terminal), gift cards, store credit, split payments across two tenders, and layaway with a deposit.

Card payments run on the card terminal you already have, from your bank or payment provider, and you record each one in VoVi as a card sale. VoVi does not process card payments in Australia today. EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard cards, tapped or inserted, run on your own terminal and are recorded in VoVi as card sales.

VoVi Payments (integrated card processing) is coming soon in the US only. It is not available in Australia.

Does VoVi take EFTPOS?

EFTPOS runs on your own terminal from your bank or provider. You record each payment in VoVi as a card sale. VoVi has no direct EFTPOS integration yet.

Does it print a tax invoice with my ABN?

VoVi prints your ABN on every receipt once you enter it in the Australian set-up.

Is GST added to my VoVi subscription?

No. Prices are before tax, and VoVi is not registered for GST in Australia today, so none is added.

Does cash round to 5 cents?

Yes, the cash total rounds to the nearest 5 cents. Card totals stay exact.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The register keeps selling offline and syncs when the connection returns.
