What changed

Vend is now Lightspeed Retail (X-Series). Lightspeed says shops not on Lightspeed Payments will be charged a monthly third-party processing fee. Read Lightspeed’s FAQ.

Your move, step by step

  1. Export your product list from X-Series as a CSV.
  2. Keep these columns: name, sku, barcode, category, price, cost, qty, taxable.
  3. Email it to support@vovipos.com and we load it, free. Or import it yourself in VoVi.
  4. Save your sales history. VoVi imports products only.
  5. Keep your EFTPOS terminal and ring your first sale.

Yes. Take the payment on it, then tap Card in VoVi.

Do I need new hardware?

No. VoVi runs in the browser on your tablet, laptop or phone.

Is there a contract?

No. Cancel any time. First month refunded if it’s not for you.
