Which plan do I need?
Light covers everyday sales, stock and customer records. Pro adds tools such as loyalty, purchasing, appointments and weighted pricing. Check the current plan details and country availability for your setup.
Can I keep my payment terminal?
You can record a sale paid through your separate payment terminal. Your processor handles the card payment; VoVi does not process that payment. Check your terminal workflow before switching.
What works without internet?
A device prepared for offline use can record cash sales and sync when the connection returns. This is not offline card processing. Loyalty redemption and gift-card payments are not available in the offline sales flow.
